Prof. G. K. Kshatriya taught Human Genetics, Ecological Human Biology, Human Population Genetics,
Human growth, development and adaptation, Paleoanthropology, Bio-statistics, Molecular Anthropology, Demography and Population dynamics at
Undergraduate and Post graduate levels in the Department of Anthropology, University of Delhi for 21 years. He retired from the service
on 31st January 2020.
He was trained in physical anthropology at University of Delhi and subsequently at University of Texas,
Houston facilitated by National Scholarship to study abroad. He has also worked in the capacity of a Senior researcher in various World Bank projects
and National Institute of Health and Family Welfare. He worked extensively in tribal health all over India. He has been Visiting Professor to
Department of Anthropology, Punjab University, Chandigarh. He was invited as Visiting Professor to the University of Coahuila at Torreon
Mexico, for academic and research activities and international collaboration. |
