I am Abhishek Mishra, a student of MSc (F) Anthropology. Born in Odisha, I was brought up in Delhi. An avid quizzer since class 4, I love to have approximate information about everything in the world. My other hobbies/interests include philanthropy, cooking, photography, blogging and trying out different cuisines. Looking forward to serving the people of the department as the President of Delhi University Anthropological Association (DUAA).

currently enrolled in M.Sc. previous anthropology, i did my graduation in anthropology discipline. I aspire to think high, and be dedicated to my work, deligently executing responsibilities assigned to me. I never back down when faced with challenges.I strive to endure and press on. I am also the joint secretory of "the graduate club".i like to read, listen to music and watch football.

Currently pursuing M.Sc. in Forensic science from the Department of Anthropology, University of Delhi. I did my graduation in the discipline of Anthropology. Apart from this, I'm an ardent lover of travelling, blogging and reading. As a blogger, I contemplate on topics like personal life experience, travelling. One of my articles titled, 'If this was the lesson, I learnt it' got published in the annual magazine ''Encore'' in the faculty of Engineering & Technology at Jamia Millia Islamia(JMI). Currently, with a group of people from JMI. I'm working on gathering resources for a website portal called 'Collegeinfo'.

“Learning is a lifelong process”- I strongly feel and practice it. My craziness to study anthropology drove me to leave my job and enter into the academic domain again. I listened to my heart, and here I am! I have a foundation of thorough biology with life sciences, forensic science and molecular biology as my strengths, with a two years experience in cost management in a private firm, and my heart in studying the soul of our society through a specialization in Social Anthropology. I am an optimist and believe in hard work. Currently I am also engaged with the Graduate club of our department as a Secretary. As a Class Representative my objective is to invigorate my class through the standards of self-realization, motivation and assessment to harness the best out of themselves now and throughout their life!

Hi, i'm Saurabh Yadav. I'm from Haryana, now settled in Delhi. Currently enrolled in M.Sc. Final Anthropology, I graduated from Ramjas College, University of Delhi, with honours in Zoology. I like knowing about everything and anything that is there on this planet and that is why I fell in love with anthropology as there's no better way to know people and places

Currently a student of M.Sc. (P) Anthropology. Passed B.Sc. (H) Anthropology with third rank. Also a recipient of science meritorious award since past two years. Trained in Carnatic music and classical dances, have performed around various venues within and outside the DU circuit. An avid reader, moody writer and an occasional artist too.

It is a privilege to acquire my Masters from an institution like THE DEPARTMENT OF ANTHROPOLOGY. I try to inculcate the qualities of the good around me. Representing a group of people or even my institution has been my quality and passion since my secondary school education. I am always keen on learning and also have a very inquisitive and debating nature. "SUPPORTING THE RIGHT, OPPOSING THE WRONG" has always been my moto,whether it is against the power or the needy. I am Rashi Agarwal, Class Representative of B.Sc Anthropology (H), III Yr. In my two years' of college life, I have been consistent in my academic performance as I have managed to secure 'Third Rank' in the I Yr and 'Second Rank' in the II Yr. Hence, I have also been the recipient of DU Meritorious Students' Scholarship. I have my keen interest in the studies of society and culture, sustainable development and environment conservation. Apart from academics, I have remained active in the college societies like National Service Scheme (NSS) and Haritima, the Environment society of Hansraj College. Besides this, I am also interested in social work, travelling and research.

I am Stanzin, the class representative of B.Sc II year. It has already been a year in the Anthropology Department and I'm thoroughly enjoying the classes of Anthropology and I feel that the subject is helping me to observe and understand the people and the world around in a better way. Inclined towards Social Anthropology, wishes to become a Cultural Anthropologist.Other than that hobbies are reading, meeting new people, traveling, photography and making Amigurumis. Looking forward to making more wonderful human memories with amazing people around and to travel as much as possible.
